Scholarship Program for Community Art and Recreational Projects
SCARF is pleased to announce a Scholarship Program to pay for the education and training of children of ages 5 – 18, for community Art and Recreational projects of up to $500.00 annually.
Mini scholarships will be considered, typically in the $50 - $250 range, with up to two application periods per year.
